As a layperson who has never worked in the hospitality industry (but certainly worked around it), I found Or's Star Quality Hospitality to be both insightful and interesting. I would recommend this book to anyone affiliated with the hospitality and tourism sectors; particularly those running B&B's (yes, even you, AirBnb'ers) who want to kick their business acumen up to the next level.
